Whenever I take on a new client the first thing I do is emerge myself in their business. It is important for me to understand who they are, what they are about, then what their business is about, their offers, how they speak, write, and convey their message.
Through this process, I learn a lot about the client. But I have also learned a lot about the number one thing that helps make someone successful in business.
