All throughout school, college, and the business world, we’re taught that we can’t be successful without strict processes and procedures that we repeat like robots.
Now, don’t get me wrong. Consistency is good and helps us all gain traction in our businesses. It helps us show up and connect with our ideal clients. Processes and procedures help us scale and bring on new team members. But it doesn’t have to be done perfectly.
